Moisture Control
Container Desiccants & Moisture Management
Humidity is the single greatest threat to cargo during maritime transit. When warm, moist air enters a container and temperatures drop at sea, water vapour condenses on the container walls and ceiling — a phenomenon known as container rain. This moisture drips onto cargo, causing water damage, mould, label loss and product spoilage.
